Who is 4Business Group?

4Business Group has been providing industry-leading marketing services to its growing client base for over 20 years. We are specialists in helping business owners design and execute their marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue and grow their businesses. We have been operating under the name 4Business Group since 2019.

Has Be Local gone into liquidation?

Yes, they have gone or are in the process of going into liquidation. As of late 2020, their website is offline.

Is 4Business Group associated with BeLocal?

No, 4Business Group is an advertising and marketing company in Brisbane and is in no way associated with BeLocal. Our sole involvement was to step in to save selected websites and data of BeLocal clients before they were shut down on the 15th August 2019.

Is 4Business Group associated with former Be Local staff?

No, 4Business Group has no involvement or contact with former BeLocal staff.

Is 4Business Group associated with PMFA Financing?

No, we’re not associated with PMFA Financing.

What happens to our financing with BeLocal and PMFA?

4Business Group is simply providing hosting services to selected former BeLocal clients. We do not have any contract with PMFA to finalise projects.

How can 4Business Group help me?

We are happy to help with any services you may need ranging from SEO optimisation, web development, printing, signage and marketing. These additional services will be charged accordingly.

Website status

Is my website safe and operating?

If you have paid for hosting with us, your site is live, safe, and secure on our Australia-based servers. If you have moved your site, the upkeep of your site is you and your new host’s responsibility. If you have purchased hosting with us and your site is not live, please contact us immediately.

Why is my site offline?

If your site is offline, it has not been migrated to any of our servers, your DNS records have been changed, or your domain may have expired. We may be able to locate and restore a backup, but please note that this is a time-consuming process and will incur a fee on top of regular hosting. If your domain name has expired, you will need to repurchase it from a domain registrar before your website can be restored.

Can I have my WordPress logins?

Yes, if you have paid for your hosting with us, on your request, we will provide you logins for full admin access to your WordPress website.

Do I need to pay to access my WordPress logins?

No, admin access is free of charge after hosting has been paid for.

Do I need to host my website with 4Business Group?

4Business Group owns LiteSpeed servers, which ensure your website operates at high speed. This is also important for SEO optimisation. However, clients are welcome to move.

Do I need to pay for hosting to 4Business Group?

Yes, we charge yearly for hosting. Please contact us for rates.

What happens if I need to make changes to my website?

Your web hosting includes one hour of complimentary website updates and we are happy to make any changes to your website.

Does 4Business Group manage my Google Workspace emails?

No, 4Business Group does not manage Google Workspace emails. If you have any questions, please contact our office on 1300 404 777.
